The Secretary is a member of the OCIS Executive Council who is appointed by the Division Chair for a three year term.  The primary responsibility of the Secretary is to maintain the OCIS Division's archival records.  

 

This involves:  
  • Attending all Executive Council meeting (face-to-face and teleconferencing) and recording minutes
  •           Working with the Chief Information Office to maintain the current and archived records on the OCIS website 
  •           Assisting the Division Chair in the preparation of the 5-year report

 
The Secretary is responsible for providing and maintaining the following information/documents in the OCIS website:
