Best 2007 Published Paper Award Paul Hart, 2008 Division Chair-Elect Each year the Division gives an award to the best paper authored or co-authored by an OCIS Division member and published during the previous year. This year we identified over 85 articles published by OCIS members and four of these were nominated by the membership. The following are three of the papers nominated followed by the paper that won the award.
