Conflict between OCIS list messages and Hotmail

It appears that Hotmail is now rejecting all OCIS list messages. Our recommendation is for members who are using Hotmail accounts as the destination for the division list messages to rejoin the list with another email address. We apologize for the incovenience.

Which paper, published in 2008, stands out as exemplary for you?  Which 2008 paper had a significant impact on your thinking?

Every year OCIS gives an award to the best published paper (co-)authored by a member of the OCIS community.  We are currently seeking nominations for the best OCIS paper published in 2008.
