The OCIS Executive Board wants you to get to know the members of the OCIS Division. To accomplish this purpose, we invite all OCIS members to add their personal profile to the OCIS website.

If you would like to have your profile included, please do the following:

• Download the OCIS Member Profile form
• Follow the instructions to complete the form
• Obtain a professional digital image of yourself. Edit the image to be 150 pixels wide. You might use the free tool available from Picnik
• Save the completed OCIS Member Profile form using your lastname (in full) and initials; all one word; all lowercase letters
• Save the digital image file in either .gif or .jpg format using your lastname (in full) and initials; all one word; all lowercase letters
